Do you really cover the whole province?
Yes. We work in every one of Málaga's 103 municipalities from our base in Marbella. Distance affects planning, such as the day we travel and whether a site visit is worthwhile, but not whether we take on a restoration. Towns with their own page are linked below; for any other municipality, simply tell us where the property is when you write.
Municipalities are grouped by comarca following our data, which uses the Junta de Andalucía division where a citation was found and otherwise the provincial one. Where sources disagree, as with Ojén and Istán, we say so on the relevant pages. Each comarca also has a general paving hub on our sister site, linked in each group.

How does a job work if your town has no page of its own?
Exactly as anywhere else. Whether the property is in Ronda, Álora, Istán, Monda, Tolox or Guaro, the restoration follows the same stages: pressure washing, crack and hole repair, masking, tinted resin in two coats and an optional protective coat. The stamped concrete restoration and driveway restoration pages describe them, and the step-by-step guide shows them in photos.
For distant municipalities we rely more on photos and a written scope before travelling, and we tell you plainly if a job is small enough that the trip changes the picture. Prices for the whole network are on restoration cost. Send us a photo and the approximate m² – free, no-obligation quote.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work in Ronda?
Yes. Ronda and the other twenty-three municipalities of the Serranía de Ronda are within our area. There is no separate restoration page for Ronda on this site, but the work, the stages and the way we quote are the same as on the coast.
Can you restore a drive in Álora or Pizarra?
Yes. Álora and Pizarra are part of the Valle del Guadalhorce, which we cover completely. Send photos and the approximate m², tell us the location, and we reply with a written scope in the same way as for towns with their own page.
Is Istán in Sierra de las Nieves or the Costa del Sol Occidental?
Sources disagree. One reference cites the Junta's order as placing Istán in the Costa del Sol Occidental, while the provincial division and our data place it in Sierra de las Nieves. For the restoration itself the classification makes no difference.
Why do only twenty towns have their own page?
Local pages add detail such as sourced sub-areas, access notes and the right comarca hub. Other municipalities are covered just the same; they are listed here so you can confirm that your town is included without us creating thin, repetitive pages.
Do you charge more for municipalities far from Marbella?
Travel is one of the factors that can affect a quote, along with area, condition, repairs and access. The exact effect is explained in the written quote. Our sister price site lists the general cost factors for restoration.
Which comarcas are coastal?
In our data, coastal municipalities are the fourteen crossed by the Senda Litoral coastal path: eight in the Costa del Sol Occidental, Málaga city and five in the Axarquía. All other municipalities, including Benahavís, are treated as inland.
Will you visit a property in a distant village before quoting?
Often the photos and measurements are enough for a written quote, which we confirm on arrival before starting. For larger or complicated jobs, a visit can be arranged. We tell you which approach makes sense once we have seen the photos.
Do you restore surfaces in Monda, Tolox and Guaro?
Yes. Monda, Tolox and Guaro are in the Sierra de las Nieves comarca, which we cover in full, together with Alozaina, Casarabonela, Istán, Ojén and Yunquera.
What are the comarca hubs linked on this page?
They are general paving pages on our sister site adoquinadomalaga.eu, one for each comarca. They cover paving in the area broadly, whereas this site focuses only on restoring existing surfaces without replacing them.
Is the town hall procedure the same in every municipality?
No. Andalusian law sets the general framework for minor works, but each town hall's ordinance decides which procedure applies. In any municipality, the owner should ask the town hall which procedure an outdoor paving restoration follows. We execute the work and do not file permits.
